The Following are some updates for the latter end of February and into the fist part of March!

First and for most we would like to thank everyone in our community for making it who we are today. We couldn't do this without our player base, friends, and in some cases family!
Some upcoming updates for the month of March 2019 are as follows.
We now have a Ticket system through our discord
Some changes are coming to the site itself.

Discord Ticket System
We now have a discord ticket system, if you have an issue in game, on our website, on our store, or even just in discord we urge you to use the ticket system.
The way the ticket system works, is in any channel you can type in preferably the ticket command channel itself to create your ticket.
Why have you set up this system?
We have set this ticket system up because our administration team is here for you. We have added this system as an easier way for you to contact the administration team on whatever server or game you are playing on as not all of our admins are admins on all of our servers.
We keep admins to certain games to ease the work load to all of our staff team.
What are the commands?
The commands to create a ticket are
-help -> This will tell you the commands you have access to through the ticket system
-new [topic] -> This will create the new topic.
When creating a topic, this format is required:
Topic name should be the reason you are contacting the administration team. i.e. "Tame Vanished" or "Minecraft Server Connection Issues"
Brief description of why you are contacting the team.
If you are on atlas we need the teleportation coordinates (this will be a later on visual)
EXAMPLES:
Here are some examples of tickets.
-new [Tame Vanished on Atlas] My tame has disappeared, I can see its poop but can't see it or touch it. When you have time, can I get a new one? It was level 45 before tame! Please PM me and I can give you my TP cords!
or
-new [Ark Server Connection Issues] I am unable to connect to your Ark Primal Fear Server. Would you be able to help me get connected?
Ark Survival Evolved Servers
Server Launch!
We have launched another ARK server called: Ark Eternal Island!
This server comes with:
XP: x2 ---> 150 Player Levels, the last 30 are Ascension.
Harvest: x2 ---> Increased harvest health and harvest clamp to prevent too much strain/lag during large harvest but to ensure harvesting dinos are not obsolete!
Taming: x10 ---> Increased wild Dino food drain and passive taming. Primary food and kibble are still top notch! But take advantage of Primal Fears Tame Helpers!!-
Hatch: x5
Maturation: x5 ----> Cuddle interval is set to 0.15, should produce 100% imprint. If not, shoot for obtaining a Nanny

Primal Fear Updates
With our Primal Fear server growing at a steady rate, we have decided to cluster the server linking it with The Island map! So that way we are able to have more players across both maps!
We have also added a couple of more mods to the server! Mainly:
With the recent news of Structures Plus becoming open source and the unknown future of the mod, we have started a vote on our discord server asking you the player base whether or not to remove the mod completely from all of our servers (sadly with all of the current buildings and bases built with Structures Plus they would need to be remade and rebuilt from the ground up).
Minecraft
As some of the player base plays on our modded minecraft server. We have changed our mod pack!
The reasoning behind the modpack change is compatibility issues, as well as some server side instability, so we have changed our server modpack over to Enigmatica 2 non-expert.
As our Server Manager & Admin has said on our discord "More Mods, Less Issues"
ATLAS Adventures
Our Atlas Adventures server is at an amazing population, but with the current route GrapeShot Games is going with the game we are unsure of the future & suitability of our server.
Are you going to have to wipe the server with the next patch?
The simple answer to that question is we do not know, we are all waiting on edge for the next patch release.
The more in depth answer is, as much as we do not want to wipe the server, some of our player base as well as our admin team believe it might be the best idea to give the server a fresh start with the next patch, with it being a possible overhaul of the entire system that ATLAS runs on we don't want to run into any issues server side or client side.
